Come learn how to prepare healthy meals for yourself, your family, and your community. Topics include which fats are beneficial to your body and which to avoid. The most important foods for reducing your risk of diabetes and heart disease and much more. Baghael Kaur and the Sikh Nutrition Club has previously hosted a similar session at PAMA for Ontario Sikh Heritage Month and has hosted many more events in the past.
